Sevenoaks and District Motor Club is pleased to announce the Ancaster Group as title sponsor of Motorsport at the Palace, a two-day motorsport festival at Crystal Palace, running 30-31 May. Ancaster’s dealers have been selling cars in the South London/Kent area for over 50 years and like most locals, they are proud and excited to see racing return to the Park.

Stephen Wood, Managing Director at Ancaster said: “It’s not every day you have the opportunity to become a part of history in the making. This event has South London roots older than our own. To see some truly fantastic pieces of machinery, old and new, will make these two days an event not to be missed.”
As title sponsor, the Nissan and Fiat dealer will be actively supporting the event with a range of attractions. Visitors will be able to get up close to the awesome Nissan GTR, the stunning 480bhp supercar that’s good for 192mph! In addition, Ancaster will be providing a race simulator, offering spectators a chance to test their driving skills in a high-spec Nissan Rally Raid Off Roader while two 370Z’s will be supplied as safety cars, supporting the on-track action. The group’s customer relationship team will also be on hand to answer questions about the attractions, and its products and services.
Martin Chinnery, Chairman of Sevenoaks and District Motor Club said: “Ancaster’s involvement as title sponsor is a real boost to the event. The financial support they bring is key to the success of the project, while the displays and attractions they are providing demonstrate Ancaster’s commitment to the spirit of Motorsport at the Palace. Their involvement is particularly pleasing given their heritage in the region, which mirrors the rich motorsport history of Crystal Palace.”
Ancaster has five dealerships across Kent and South East London, offering new Fiat and Nissan vehicles. Its dealerships - located in Bromley, Catford, Penge, South Croydon and Welling - hold over 300 used cars in stock and have access to over 3,500. Ancaster also boasts a Nissan High Performance Centre in Bromley; more information on all of Ancaster’s services is available at its website: www.ancaster.co.uk/
